Schweitzer Engineering

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Inc., the Pullman, Wash.-based maker of power-protection systems and other technology for power generators, crested $300 million in sales last year, according to company spokeswoman Susan Fagan, up from about $245 million in total revenue in 2006. The company has averaged 18 percent sales growth annually for the past several years, and it’s on pace to increase sales by double-digit percentages this year, she says.
